Mt.Kailash Trekking Via Simikot
Simikot,opened for tourism a few years ago,is on the border of Tibet and Nepal. Many tourists travel up to the border by helicopter and then cross by foot. Then they travel by car to Purang,and after that to Mt.Kailash and Manansorva Lake. The trip ends back in Simikot with 4 days drive to the Nepali border at Zhangmu.
This trek start from Sher to Tibet border Simikot and Via Manansorva Lake & Mt.Kailash.you can experience walking in the HIGHLAND altitude, Tibetan Culture in the west Tibet; experience difference visiting holy land and Holy lakes.

Day02:DRIVE TO MANASAROVAR LAKE
Drive to Manasarovar lake by road 80km from Purang and on the way where you have wonderful view of Mount Gurla mandata (7340m) or palace of God of music,also you will have nice view of Mount Kailash and Lake manasarovar.
Day03:EXCURSION
After breakfast early in the morning walk to the Manasarovar (3km)and visit Chu monastery,Last place of Guru Ringpoche's having practice of meditation.
Day04:DRIVE TO DARCHENG (BASECAMP OF KAILASH)23km
Drive to Darcheng and prepare the things for next day KORA (Order the yaks)
Day05:KORA
Start walk to Diraphuk Monastery O/nt GH or Camp
Day06:KORA
Walk to Zhultrulphuk Monastery O/nt GH or Camp
Day07:BACK TO DARCHENG AND DRIVE TO HORCHU
Back to Darcheng and meet the drivers and Drive to Horchu O/H GH
Day08:DRIVE TO PARYANG
After breakfast,drive to Paryang and 285km far away from Lake,On the way where you can visit some beatiful snow peaks from Nepal side,O/H GH
Day09:DRIVE TO SAGA
Drive to Saga O/H GH 255km
Day10:DRIVE TO NYALAM
Start ealry in the morning and stop for photo at Peikutso lake and Mount Shisha Pengma O/H GH
Day11:DRIVE TO ZHANGMU 38km
Drive to Zhangmu and Exit to Nepal
